Subject: [cdcbaa] Daimler/Motion to Seal Pleadings
My client who completed his Chapter 7 almost a year ago, has received a copy of a motion to seal pleadings from Daimler because, apparently, they did not properly redact personal information in the MFR pleading. My client is upset that he is now subject to identity theft as a result of Daimlere time error, or if there is a larger or systematic problem with those handing the Daimler (and potentially other) MFR.
So if you or your client has also experienced this, please let me know, as I am trying to determine if something more is needed for our clients.

My client is upset that he is now subject to identity theft as a result of Daimlers reckless behavior. We are attempting to determine if this was a one time error, or if there is a larger or systematic problem with those handing the Daimler (and potentially other) MFR.
So if you or your client has also experienced this, please let me know, as I am trying to determine if something more is needed for our clients.
