moving out of principal house before filing petition to modify loan

I cannot find many cases ruling whether or not moving out soon before
filing a Chapter 11 or a Chapter 13 is bad faith. I truly would appreciate
any feedback you can provide -- for example, case law saying it is or it
isn't bad faith and cases where it has been done without challenge, etc.
