1. Can someone give me some sample language for a new value exception to
the APR in a small business case?
I am trying to understand what really needs to be provided as new value in
order to pay about 8% to the general unsecureds (liquidation value).
2.This is complicated by personal guarantees but principals can file ch 7
if necessary.
