Opposition to 109g?

Can anyone share an opposition or response to a motion to dismiss ch 13 case with 180 day bar?
Creditor / ex-husband filed declaration asking for 109g; debtor had agreed with trustee to dismiss her ch 13 that she filed pro per. Debtor wants to refile case with representation. She has a prior pro per 13 case that was dismissed.
