Judge Erithe Smith on Stay and Second Filing

In a second filing, Judge Smith follows the rule that the 30-day stay is in
place and that the Debtor needs to file a first day motion to continue the
stay in the second filing.
The Debtor needs to have a good faith reason for the multiple filings too.
Judge Smith will due her diligence and check the record too.

I forget the name of the decisions right now, but does Judge Smith believe
that the stay as to the estate remains in a second filing despite the
expiration of the 30 day period or does she think both stays go away?
