Lump Sum VA Disability Benefit

It really feels like your fine under either code especiallyC.C.P. 703.140(b)(10)(B)since itexplicitly states "veteran benefit"
C.C.P 704.130 also seems to fit since it applies to a "disability program"

I have a PC that is about to receive $100,000 lump sum benefit from the VA on account of mental disabilities.
Does anyone know if this can be fully exempted under the 703, 704 series exemptions? Both?
