In my experience she typically denies Motions for Approval to Enter into Final Loan Modifications, even if the proposed Order specifically indicates that the Court is not approving the actual terms of the loan modification. an Modification is typically satisfactory for the mortgage lenders since the Motion was actually filed with the Court.
