Urgently Need Landline to Appear Telephonically from Alameda and Temple

I have a hearing at 10am in Los Angeles with the most senior judge in the
country and for a very important matter. I just got a hearing at 9:30am in
the San Fernando Valley for which I can appear telephonically, but they do
not allow landlines. Is there any payphone or anybody near the Roybal
building whose phone I could borrow to appear and then run to the Court?
Any other suggestions?
