I have had 3 of them in the past 4 yrs, passed them all. they do them
for high income chapter 7 with high expenses. that is what I ascertained
based on my experience.

I have had one in about 10 years. They say it is random but I wonder cause that one probably deserved an audit.

My 4th UST audit in the last 3 years -the one where they bring in the accountants--- was just announced to me, and I'm a bit shocked, since I thought these were pretty rare. I file less than 200 cases a year I estimate, and I thought these were about a 1/1000 rate. Am I wrong about that?
