There can be a post jmt levy for the purpose of sale based on a writ of execution, but I am surprised that it could be done with a minute order. It must be recorded.

Again, seeing the document would help.

PC has a pending judgment for 700k. Received a notice of Levy today but the Judgment has not been entered yet. Was ready to file case next week and scheduled the 700 on F. Does the Notice now require it be moved to Sch D? not yet entered but a minute order was issued circa one month ago.
