I also spoke with Fern but I had already filed an amended D ($31) which apparently wasn't necessary. She was going to ask on my behalf for return of that money. The Law Office of Jennifer L. Jones1243 S. La Cienega Blvd, Ste 8Los Angeles, CA 90035Tel: (619) 913-9818

uly 1. The Court issued a Case Deficiency Notice stating that Schedule D needs to be filed. I e-mailed Fern Campbell, the Operations Manager in Woodland Hills and received a reply that said: Hi Mr. Selth,
We realize that this is a bigger issue with the software vendor with regards to filing Schedule D and the court is looking into it. At this time, please do not take any action on the Notice to filer and/or Deficient Document that you received.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns.
We apologize for the inconvenience. The next case I filed with a blank Schedule D went through with no problems. That was in Santa Barbara. Certified Bankruptcy Specialist*
