Stripping an HOA lien in CH 13 - Judge Zurzolo?

Good question. There is a 1st mortgage and a line of credit. The HOA
obtained a judgment but I'm looking to see if they recorded it. Not sure if
we have a lien per the CC&Rs, or a judgment lien. I need to look into this
further.
