Motion was granted. Debtor is not postpetition current.
I have them looking to refi out of this credit union, does anyone have a lender that will look at borrowers with active Chapter 13s?

Missing some facts. Was the motion for relief from stay granted? Was debtor not postpetition current? If motion granted for not being postpetition current, then the only issue is the amount debtor is behind for overall. Trustee does not make payments after relief from stay is granted and credit union is free to pursue foreclosure process.

My client is in a confirmed Chapter 13 plan. We have lien stripped the 2nd
DOT already so completing the plan is really important.
The 1st DOT lender, a small credit union, submitted a claim for past due
amounts in the normal course of the Chapter 13 and the claim was being paid
by the Chapter 13 trustee. Then the credit union decided to file a Motion
for Relief from Stay (about a year ago) and the Chapter 13 trustee stopped
paying on the arrearages and moved on to other creditors.
A few days ago, the client received a letter from the credit union stating
they were 151 days behind (unknown where they got that) and they owed
$22,000 or something crazy like that. The letter has the stamp that says
ut
not to me (but they do call me almost every month, so they are well aware of
my involvement in the case).
Today, my client went to make his July payment (yes, late, I know) and the
credit union would not accept the regular monthly payment of about $2900 and
the supervisor told him it was the $22,000 from the letter or nothing. This
credit union hates my clients.
So, oh wise ones. What should I do now?
