Looking for family law pro bono or low bono in Tampa, FL

A friend of a friend needs a family law attorney in Tampa, FL (pro bono or
low bono) to go to court and get a support order amended. Client is in Los
Angeles, CA and has mental issues, is not working, can't pay child
support/alimony. His family may be able to help pay low bono fees. Please
email me. I did his BK a couple years ago and he discharged his other
debts.
