Ch. 13 Motion For Authority to Enter Into Loan Mo=
Posted: Mon Sep 11, 2017 1:57 pm
Typically our Judges will not approve a proposed modification. At hearings last week before Judge WB, I heard a lender's counsel needing proof that the Court was aware of the pending modification, not that the court approval is necessary. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Thanks, but that LRF deals with the automatic stay and entering into loan mod discussions with the debtor. We're WAY past that. They already have a signed loan modification agreement post-trial payments. They're now balking on it becoming "permanent" without a court order. This isn't an automatic stay issue. I don't know what their issue is, and I don't know what to file, especially in Judge Zurzolo's court.
