UCC expert

If any of you have a strong expertise in UCC-1 secured business
transactions, I have a client who to save money did their own
transactions for a 13 I was going to file, but it will be a Chapter 7
much further in the future. That could draw more scrutiny and I want to
make sure they did it right, and it's not my strong suit.
Please contact me off list if you would be interested in having me send
the clients to consult with you and estimate the fees so I could let the
clients know.
