What can a client do in this situation?

Hello everyone,
I have a client who lost their house despite filing for bankruptcy. The
reason for the loss was because d(4) relief was granted in an unrelated
case.
The client claims that she paid people to stop the foreclosure sale of her
home, but did not know they were using bankruptcy to do it. She also claims
that she was never served with a copy of the order granting relief from
stay; although it was recorded.
Does this client have any options?
