Filing fee for Debtor 522 motion

I seem to recall that there is no filing fee for a debtor to file a 522(f)
motion to recover cash held by the sheriff. However, I cannot find any
authority in the rules, court manual etc. Am I correct, no fee for the
debtors 522(f) motion?
