Liens??

statutory liens are generally recorded, however, there are two indexes.
Statutory liens will only show up in the name index.
Judgment liens are similar to Statutory liens and will be indexed by name.
Lawsuits can be pretty hard to find. There are plaintiff/defendant
indexes, but I do not know of a nationwide database? Anyone?
County recorder keeps two indexes, one by parcel number, and one by name.
