This is an email I received from Judge Bluebond. Please post questions you would like to hear the judges answer. I can't guarantee anything.
Dear Jon,
As I mentioned at the last bar advisory board meeting, the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum is putting on its annual Judges Night somewhere downtown on the evening of June 3, 2013. We'll have about 10 judges from the Central District on the panel. You mentioned that you or other members of the CDCBAA might have questions that they would like to pose to the judges generally -- such as whether they intend to follow the BAP's decision in Friedman. I am coordinating this event and would be happy to include any such questions (if they seem to be ones that my colleagues would be willing to answer) in the topics that we discuss that night. Please pass along any suggestions that you or anyone you know may have for this event, preferably by the end of April. Thanks!
