Judge Wayne Johnson's AP Discovery Deadline

My experience is that it varies by Judge (e.g., some say propound and
respond and others say just to propound), though I don't have a list of
which Judge goes with what rule and, unfortunately, I didn't attend the
status conference at which Judge Johnson set the deadline in my current
case. Since he is relatively new to the bench, I cannot look at my
previous cases.

Whenever any judge has set a deadline for discovery, I have interpreted
that to mean all discovery completed - propounding and responding.

In your experience, when Judge Johnson sets a deadline to complete
discovery, is it by which all discovery has to be propounded or both
propounded and responded to?
