UD Registry - (or successor) - is there any way to get off UD blacklist?

A potential client filed for bankruptcy and obtained a discharge over 1
year ago. He got a copy of his credit reports from the 3 credit bureaus
and his debts did not appear there. So, he applied for an apartment
managed by an acquaintance. The manager proceeded to get a report and
informed him that she doesn't have authority to rent him an apartment
because 3 UD judgments show on his report. We are assuming she used the UD
Registry or whoever bought the UD Registry. Has anyone figure out a way
around this problem so the client can get an apartment?

Rent from a landlord who doesn't subscribe to the UD Registry. Why
would any sane landlord rent to someone with 3 UD judgments?
