Motion to Avoid Judgment Lien under Section 522(f) - Judge RR

Does anybody know if Judge Riblet requires an appraisal to establish value of real property to avoid judgment liens (522(f))? Or does she allow debtor's declaration like most other judges? I know that she normally requires real estate appraisals to avoid wholly unsecured junior liens (lam motions). I don't want to make client spend money for appraisal if not necessary.
