Debtor owed LA County prepetition property taxes, scheduled them, and LAC
filed a POC. Wonderful. Everything is normal.

Wells Fargo (first deed of trust), responding to debtor's request for an
impound account, paid the county for the ALL prop tax arrearages, pre and
postpetition. County withdrew claim.

WF increased debtor's mortgage payment to recoup the prepetition tax debt
repayment. Debtor cannot afford this high mortgage payment.

Trying to undo this, we've asked the County to give WF back the money; they
said no.

Guidance on how to resolve?
