Motion on Shortened Notice

I'm filing a motion to dismiss a ch 13 for bad faith. J Ahart has Jan 9th for misc. motions. How likely would he be to hear it on shortened time
when a noticed motion would be heard relatively soon anyway. Don't want to u know what him off..
