FOF and COL

I have been told by a couple of clients who went for printouts at the social security office that they will no longer be providing proof of social printouts as of January 2014. Another client told me February 2014 as the final date. People will either have to apply for a new SS card & wait or maybe even bring original proof to the 341a. I might be asking too much. :)
Has anyone received a definitive date from the social security office?

Just based off of reading LBRs, not experience, I would say lodge the word
version since the court will edit it and attach to the notice of lodgment.
LBR 7052-1 says you need to file and lodge (i.e. both) but I think it will
look silly to file the proposed fof/col in addition to a notice of lodgment
which also contains it as an attachment.
Sincerely,
Michael Avanesian
