Larry,
I revised several operating reports when I took over for another attorney
who had the debtors do the reports without any review. I filed corrected
reports titled "Op Rpt #2 - Revised", etc. for each report. If you caught
it early it should not be too much trouble.

Chapter 11 case, working on disclosure statement we discovered an over looked deposit on July 2013 report. Scrivener error, the deposit is on the Bank statement attached to the report. Easy enough to amend the July report, but Line 1 (Total Receipts for all prior general account reports) is off by the unreported deposit on all subsequent reports.
I am considering filing and serving a Declaration of Scrivener Error to report the July error with a corrected summary of all reports. I believe this would be easier for UST and the court than filing six amended reports. Any thoughts?
