New Judge Bason announcements

Today, Judge Bason announced the following:
1. All Ch13 Motions to Value Real Property must be appraised as of the PETITION DATE and not the
confirmation date.
2. He has posted a new Ch11 Plan on his website for use in Ch11 cases before HIS COURT ONLY.
