Surrendering house post confirmation..... can we get back money paid
fat chance?
I have client who is like 8 months away from plan completing and is sick of
house and doesn't want it anymore. He wants to amend plan to let it go.
He has paid about 85% of the arrears.... UGH.... Can he get back any of
that money? No huh?
