I write my MSAs to say that equalization payments are integrated with all
other agreements made in connection with the MSA, including DSO and other
property settlements. I am curious how long ago the MSA was signed and how
that figure was determined, as I smell a rat. If I was wearing my family
law hat, I would file the adversary in a New York minute.
Also, I have never specially stated that a MSA equalization payment should
be treated at DSO, but I will now.
