Debtor's Motion for Authority to Sell RP under 3015-1(p)

I have a client who I filed a Chapter 13 for, who has no debts due to a
prior Chapter 7, but a foreclosure of their house with equity forced us
to file while the home was in escrow.
I'm not going to ask WB for Authority to Sell.
The first thing that the form asks for is the date of the plan
confirmation, yet I see nothing in the rule saying a plan must be
confirmed for the judge to issue an order authorizing the sale. The
form only allows a date to be put there. The form is mandatory.
Am I missing something?
