Dear listmates,
One of our clients in a confirmed active Chapter 13 case in LA is interested in purchasing or leasing a BMW. (his current BMW was totaled in an accident).
We will need to prepare a Motion to Incur Debt and therefore need a copy of the retail sales agreement to attach as an Exhibit to the Motion.
Does anyone know any BMW dealerships (or other auto dealerships that sell BMWs) that offer financing to Debtors?
Any direct contacts or names of dealerships would be extremely helpful.
