Chapter 13 Proof of Claim Mortgage Arrears Inquiry

The reason for not allowing them to just have it is because the mortgage loan sits in a default status during the bk and they will periodically review, inspect, or otherwise perform additional services that are not necessary that are added to the debtor's mortgage.
These POCs are just the tip of the iceberg.
