Please forgive me if this is not proper, but I thought I would ask on this
listserv first instead of going through Craigslist or other more general
services.
We are accepting resumes to fill two positions, one for a paralegal and one
for a junior associate. We handle, among other things, cases in all
chapters as well as bankruptcy litigation, but the majority of our work is
Chapter 11 work; so, we need people who are at home writing motions and who
prepare exhaustively detailed petitions and other such documents.
Everything else being equal, the key for us is enthusiasm, enthusiasm and
after more enthusiasm, intelligence and the knack for following-up
diligently on tasks and issues. We already have several people who are
talented at doing the work, but we need more people who cannot only do the
work, but also stay on top of it and other people involved until it's
finished diligently.
