Stella: Just as much as they don't know their heads from tree stump, and
they have the same level of intelligence in most cases, I file the form
Motion and put in some language about approving a loan modification and
attach a copy. When they see the motion, the motion will be granted as to
discussions, but denied as to the loan mod itself. As long as they see a
motion regarding a loan modification granted, that usually does the trick
for our loan modifications. Sometimes it is good that they are not so
smart.
If you have any questions or should you need any additional assistance, I
am here to help. Have a fantastic day!

I just had a lovely talk with Ocwen. My fifth now. They are trying to get
around the governmental regulations on loan modifications. They are
requiring approval of the loan modifications by the Court. I have explained
to these individuals and their supervisors and relationship managers that
what they are asking for is not possible in California. They are saying
then the loan modification will stay pending. Who do I report this nonsense
to?
