Green Tree ignoring my client after she submits loan mod

Holly, generally you sue the lender for SB900 violations but if your client
is in bankruptcy, SB900 will not apply. You may need to go back into BK
court asking the judge to reinstate the stay or file an adversary
requesting a restraining order.
