Service via Download

You will probably have to allow an "opt-out" so that people can ask for written service and get it.
It should be a first day motion to limit notice. Attached is a resulting order that I received, which provided for posting all pleadings on a website, with one opt out for people who wanted email notice, and one for written notice. I don't recall getting the motion itself.
