I have called, emailed, uploaded documents, emailed documents.... No one
returns my calls to tell me whether we need to appear at the continued
341(a). My client and I did not appear at the continued hearing since we
timely submitted the requested docs/info mulitple ways. I just got the
court's email that the hearing was set for another continued meeting (I
presume because we didn't show). I have never had this happen before. I
wasn't trying to blow it off but in every case where we've delivered the
documents, I've never had to show up a second time. This is out in
Riverside too. I'd really like someone at her office to return my calls or
emails so I can nail down exactly what it is she's looking for. If you
have a special way of getting a response from her I would appreciate it.
