Consulting re bk filing out of syate
I occassionally get requests to advise small creditors about out of state
bk filings. Creditors are out of state too. Do you all take that kind of
work or is it considered practicing law without a license because both rhe
case and the client are out of state?
Bk law is federal law of course so I could see it being argued either way.
