Can anyone share the name of an appraiser in the South Bay area for a lien strip? Also - is there any way to easily obtain (on-line?) recording information for deeds of trust and assignments thereof in LA County - or do I have to use a title company? I tried using Courthouse Direct but it doesn't seem to have that information available. Thanks for the help.
