Completion of Chapter 13 procedure

Good morning,
As always, I need some guidance. I am ready to close to my first two 13s:
1. The first with a LAM, on which I am filing the Debtor's Cert of Compliance per 1328; Declaration re Debtor's Motion to Avoid Lien; and Order re Motionto Avoid. I believe this is all I need to finalize.
2. This was an adversary, default judgment obtained as to the Junior Lien. The adversary has been closed, I'll file the Cert per 1328, but do I need to file anything else.
I know on the 1st I'll need to record the Order After Discharge to actually remove the lien, but not sure as to the second. Would I just record the original judgment.
