Has anyone had a trial in Chatsworth collection court yet
Just to clarify - the judge did not rule on my objections. Midland
dismissed the case just this morning. So when I went to talk to the atty
about settlement prior to the judge calling our case to trial, he told me
he just filed the dismissal. I would have liked to have gotten a ruling
from this judge so I would know for future cases what her take is on these
debt buyer lawsuits and their hearsay evidence. (Apparently some judges
don't care about the multiple layers of hearsay declarations in these
typical debt buyer actions.) I will keep you posted. I have several more
cases in Chatsworth of this type.

prejudice part but it's out of stats now so if they refile we can file an
FDCPA action.
