Query - you said you already filed the case, so didn't you already put down some address?
Anyway, how about a PO Box address? If you're dealing with a semi-stalker, I doubt a friend would want this person showing up at their address and harassing them. Then explain to the trustee ahead of time what the problem is because they'll ask about residence. Maybe also have debtor change address on driver's license to the PO box for ID purposes so it matches.
