Ch. 7 Discharged, Case Closed; Creditors of Real Property Have not Taken it back

Dear List mates:
Ch. 7 client surrendered real property and case was discharged and closed 6 months ago. However, it seems creditor has not claimed property. The loan that was discharged was transferred to other creditors, who keep inquiring if the client wants to do a short sale. Client needs to file taxes but real property still shows up as the original creditors did not claim it back. Thoughts on how to rectify?
