Tips for Making the 341(a) Easier for Clients

Fellow CDCBAA-ers,
Because I generally use appearance counsel at 341(a) hearings, I've discovered a couple of ways to make the meetings go more smoothly for my clients in my absence.
First, I ask my appearance counsel email me a recent photo of themselves (or I pull one from their website or Google). I then email the picture to my client before the 341(a) hearing, so the client knows who to look for. This avoids the dreaded spectacle of the appearance attorneys having to quietly call out the debtor's name between examinations, or hold up a sign like a limo driver meeting a passenger at the airport.
Second, before the 341(a) hearing, I email my clients a PDF copy of the Bankruptcy Information Sheet (the green flyer that trustees ask debtors if they have read). I downloaded the PDF from the U.S. Trustee website; however, that version has a white background, so clients may not realize what they read before the hearing is the "green sheet" that the trustees ask about. So, I reformatted the PDF and gave it a green background to match the version at the back table at the 341(a) hearing. I have attached that version here, which you can feel free to use.
Hope this helps!
Christian
