PS: I told SEARS I was BK attorney, etc. and could that be the problem, the "mix-up", he was clueless.
I have a long record with Equifax, Exp. and TU re fraud etc. So I am covered as far as good faith attempts to correct directly with them. All issues with my Chase Bank Account being emptied out and fraudulent charges to Credit Cards were corrected by banks.
