debtor's Chapter 7 trustee wants assets....bad petition preparer

Once you get all the facts which may change the picture, as others have
stated you should also consider whether a 13 is feasible.
So the options are amend and stay in 7, convert to 13 or do nothing because
the debtor is SOL.
You should also send all the info on the petition preparer to Ron Moroko at
the UST's office. He will to after the petition preparer.

debtor's Chapter 7 trustee wants assets....bad petition preparer

Debtor hired bad petition preparer who failed to properly exempt debtor's
home. Now, after 341 and Discharge, trustee is coming after the house.
Can I simply move to reopen the case solely to amend schedules? Any other
possible fixes here?
