Sub of Atty in Ch 11 before conversion to Ch 7
I have a new client who wants to convert from Ch 11 to Ch 7 -- he can't make payments. He doesn't want his current attorney to handle the conversion or subsequent issues, so we need to sub in. This will be my first Ch 11 sub of atty. I'd appreciate advice on how to handle this so I don't run afoul of LBR 2014-1. I understand that I need to have the court approve a request for my employment. Does anyone have a form they are willing to share? Is the request filed in conjunction with form F2090-1.4?
