OSC on 109(h) failure to file cc cert on one of the

I've missed filing the B23 once or twice which resulted in the case being dismissed. I'm not the only one since there are local forms to deal with the problem. On those occasions, I ate the fees and simply stated in my declaration that I made a mistake and ask the court to reopen the case, file the B23 and get the discharge. Happened immediately.
