In my experience the notices are generally automatically generated without review of the docket. It panics the debtors and we have spend extra time assuaging the client's fear. Just tell the clients it is part of the system
bureaucracy.

Interestingly, the notice is dated the same day as the Order Closing Case. Both Debtor and Co-debtors' Certifications were already filed in August.

Send the clients a copy of the Notice of Electronic filing of their
certificates as proof that you filed their documents with the court.
Verify that you followed the proper procedure in filing their debtor
education certs.:
i.e., Did you include an electronic filing declaration, signed by the
debtor?
I hope this helps.
